Wellness Consultant and Coach, 2-time Ironman Finisher and 2010 World Championship Qualifier
Emily Kratz is a Pewaukee, WI based triathlete and member of TEAM 4 Elite. Emily has been competitively training and racing for the past 3 years and has successfully completed endurance events including the Boston Marathon and is a two-time Ironman finisher and Ironman World Championship Qualifier.
Emily is also a Health and Wellness Consultant with Willis of Wisconsin, an Employee Benefits Insurance Brokerage. Emily’s primary role at Willis is to provide client consultation to develop, implement and evaluate health and wellness strategic plans, including lifestyle management, consumer education and integrated benefits. Emily also assists in the development and implementation of communication materials, tools, and resources as educational components to supplement employee education. Prior to Willis, Emily worked in the corporate, clinical, and educational settings to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate health and wellness interventions.
Emily holds a Masters degree in Community Health Education from Minnesota State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. She is also a certified health education specialist and a certified life coach.

When not training and working, Emily enjoys yoga, hiking with her yellow lab, and connecting with family and friends. Emily hopes to use her athletic endeavors and successes as a platform to raise awareness and educate others on how to design and live a well balanced, expressed, and satisfying life through healthy decision making.
